Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Images Prompts (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, including its festival, people and app subdomains such as diwali.imagesprompts.org, and how we use it. Images Prompts is run by P&P Private Limited, New Delhi, India.

The short version

  • You can use the site without an account and without telling us who you are.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not show ads or use analytics or advertising trackers at the moment.
  • We only collect personal details you choose to send us, for example through the contact form or a comment.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address and message. When you leave a comment we receive the name, email address and website you enter, along with your comment.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is used to keep the site running, secure and fast.

When you open a post, your browser sends a view count for that post to our server. We use these counts to show trending prompts. They are stored per post and are not linked to you.

Searches you type into the prompt search box are sent to our server to find matching prompts. We do not use them to identify you.

Your photos

We never ask you to upload photos to Images Prompts. When you use a prompt, you add your photo inside ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, not on our site.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our security and performance providers, such as Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. If you leave a comment, WordPress may save your name and email in a cookie on your device so you do not have to type them again.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes technical information such as IP addresses to do so.
  • Our hosting provider stores the website and its server logs.
  • App icons: the ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok buttons show each app’s icon, which your browser loads from Google’s favicon service. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the icons load.
  • AI apps: when you tap a ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok button, that service opens on its website or in its app and the prompt text is passed to it. From then on, the privacy policy of OpenAI, Google or xAI applies.
  • Gravatar: comment avatars may be loaded from Gravatar, which receives a coded (hashed) version of the commenter’s email address.

How we use information

  • To reply to your messages and requests.
  • To publish and moderate comments.
  • To show trending prompts.
  • To keep the website secure and working well.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up. Approved comments stay on the site until they are removed. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting and security providers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, such as a contact message or a comment. Use our Contact Us page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Prompts in our kids and family sections are written for parents and guardians to use with their own photos. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example if we start showing ads, we will update this page and the effective date above.
